Black Jersey Giants	Jersey Giant A recent introduction from USA. They were developed as a huge table bird and good layer but a popular exhibition breed in this country. Blue-laced are the latest colour and produce approx. 50% blue chicks,25% black and 25% splash. Whites and black breed true to colour. Marsh Daisy Date from 1880’s and were thought to be extinct until rediscovered in Somerset in 1971. Very good layer of medium sized tinted eggs.	Blue-laced Jersey Giants
